    After only one week, I am hooked on this program. Right from day one, Erin introduces some new moves that really work! I wake up everyday ready and excited to hit my mat. The absolute best part of this program is the access to a private Facebook group. Over the years, Erin has built such a great Bad Yogi community and it shows in this group. I am amazed by the positivity and support that happens here. The group ranges from yoga newbies to teachers with years of experience and everyone motivates each other. I feel like I’ve gained a new group of international friends who encourage my journey.

    Love love love it! The community is so supportive and encouraging! And the classes either fill me with energy or are so relaxing I almost fall asleep on my mat. I’ve been following Erin Motz/Bad Yogi for a while and this, so far, has been my favorite thing she’s produced! It actually gets me out of bed in the morning and I don’t like working out in the mornings!

    This program is amazing! Most yoga programs you buy online are a few classes you hope will supplement in addition to yoga you already do, but this program is my new yoga routine! The classes are long, thoughtful, and exciting with sequences I have never tried before! I was worried about the cost, but 8 weeks of classes, meditation and support from the facebook group and I feel like the money is well worth the feeling of strength and confidence I have just after a week into this program. I highly recommend PBYP to anyone who wants to rejuvenate their practice and reignite why they love yoga so much! Thank you Erin for all the hard work you put into this prpgram, it really shows!

    I love this program! I am totally new to practicing yoga, but was intrigued as this program looked accessible yet also challenging. I am enjoying learning yoga poses and also becoming more intentional about listening to my body and not forcing myself beyond what I can handle.     Not only do you get a well thought out yoga program all mapped out for you day by day, you get an incredibly supportive and encouraging community to go along with it. It really is for all skill levels. And the nutrition aspect is realistic and totally doable. Worth every penny and then some!

    I’m only a few days in so far but I’d highly recommend the programme. It’s comprehensive, including classes, a food guide (that’s thankfully not prescriptive) and support from Erin and the PBYP community. As a result, it feels achievable to stick with it throughout, which I can’t say for the vast majority of other health/fitness programmes. Go for it!!!

    I don’t think I can sum up how much I love this program in a short review! (I will try) 🙂 Only 3 days into this program I feel energized, happy & motivated! Unlike other programs (forcing myself to workout).. I WANT to do this program.. I even wake up early! Erin makes it fun and she found a way to connect all of us together so we have a support team. I also love the day by day calendar she made for us AND how we get right into the yoga classes (not a 5 minute intro to each class like most workout videos) I can’t say enough..     This is THE yoga program for everyone. Regardless of your flexibility, or your years of experience, or if you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before, try this program. Erin is amazing!     I LOVE this program. I’ve been doing yoga for over a year at a local studio, but felt like I was missing something. The great thing about this program is that it’s a comprehensive set of classes designed to get you in your best shape (not just a random assortment of classes). The classes build on skills and Erin does a great job of offering modifications for easing up or going deeper. I feel like I’ll be able to repeat this program lots of times and it will still be effective. Also, you get a supportive community and a real-life food guide. I can’t wait to do each day’s workout (and I am NOT normally one of those gung-ho, yay exercise! people).

    Tomorrow will be day 5 of PBYP and I feel truly anxious for it! I have been following Bad Yogi videos for some years and thought this program would bring the structure my practice was lacking. It’s all that and even more! It makes me want to get up early for the next class, my body feels lighter and my mind is peaceful. I only wish we could download the classes. Erin is a wonderful teacher and I’m so happy I invested in this.

    So glad I bought this! The flows are an amazing mix of challenge and restoration. It feels so good to do yoga for more than 20 minutes, as well! Those 40 minute classes kick butt! If you love Erin’s style and her overall philosophy, this course is the perfect combination of those things. She’s kind and considerate and challenges you without making you feel crap about where you are at the moment. And you’ll get more than just physical results! So much of building a proper home yoga practice is about consistency – the kind that doesn’t feel stuffy or bores you to tears. THIS IS IT.

    I’m only day two of the program and I’m in love! I’m definitely feeling the work outs and I already feel like a stronger, better me. these work outs are a bit faster paced then her 30 day challenges on YouTube. But, they are also something totally new and different. Definitely give this a try if you want to be the best you that you can be. and just like with anything, you get out what you put in. I can’t say enough good things about the PBYP. It’s worth every penny.

    This program is amazing!!! I’m only a few days into the actual “challenge” and I’m beyond hooked! The workouts are challenging, but totally doable and I feel amazing, happy, and energized after. ( I actually get excited about and look forward to the workouts) The food guide is great because it’s just that, a guide, not some crazy strict diet. The goal here is better and healthy habits for life, not some “quick fix”. I love that the focus is on a stronger, more healthy, best version of yourself; not some number on a scale or bikini body. The community surrounding this program is absolutely unbelievable!! There is so much love and support coming from newly made friends from all around the world and in all different levels of yoga. The best investment you can make is in yourself, so give it a try! You will not regret the positive changes that will come! 🙂

    This program is simply amazing! After a stressful few months of looking for, buying, and moving into my new home, I really needed to get back on track with yoga and exercise. I came across this during the pre-sale and even though I bought it, I was a little skeptical that I would start right away. Because, of course, there are always excuses and it’s not quite the right time. With a members only Facebook group and Erin herself starting together, it really didn’t take much convincing to jump right in! I’m on Day 4 and I am absolutely positive that I will stick with this for the entire 8 weeks! I have never felt that way about any other at home work out program. If you’re a super newbie or experienced, there will be appropriate modifications for you. (If you’re REALLY new to yoga, you might need to review some basics before each class and Erin has some wonderful tutorial vides on YouTube). Having not consistently done yoga in years, this program is very much with in my reach. Don’t let your level of ability hold you back. This program and the community behind it is just so real and encouraging! I never thought I would enjoy the community aspect of this, but everyone is simply awesome! If you’re worried about variety, don’t be. There is so much variety built into the schedule, you’ll never get bored. No week follows the same schedule and each day builds from the previous and prepares you for the next. I’m so exciting for this journey and after the 8 weeks, I totally plan on repeating it! I love it that much!

    I am fairly new to yoga, for years I would randomly try a class and could not get into it. Since then I’ve had three babies, all three pregnancies I had a pelvic disorder that caused me to need a walker towards the end. I’ve tried so many different workouts to get back in shape and always end up reinjured. Yoga is the first thing that has caused improvements! Erin’s program is building the strength back in my body that, at one time, felt impossible to ever regain. Thank you so much!

    Loving it so far! Feeling sore because I’m using many new muscles in different ways which is great!! I am a yoga teacher and feel like Im always doing basically the same flow stuff, so this is changing it up for me and its really helping my motivation since I dont know what is coming next!     I love Love LOVE this program! Since the emphasis is on getting a healthy body, I use motivators other than the scale (how I feel, flexibility, how much I don’t dread getting on my mat). I also adore the community feel of the program. The fb group is undoubtably the kindest, most motivating and encouraging group of people out there!

The course is challenging in all the right ways and when coupled with the food guide and the supportive community you become part of it is the perfect package to get you to a healthier you.     I’m not one to spend money on anything fitness related. And if you saw me in person this would in no way surprise you. But I needed a change and this program came exactly when I needed it. So I bought it and absolutely no regrets. It’s a challenge for sure, and it’s only been a few days, but I already feel more balanced, stronger, and it’s been easier to make healthy food choices than I anticipated. There’s cake in my fridge I haven’t wanted to eat, even when completely stressed out.     100% recommend. I’m on day 3 and am super happy with this impulse buy. I signed up for Erin’s newsletter recently and it was so authentic and fun that I just bought this without even reading a review (trust me, that’s very out of character…) I want to improve my fitness and make exercise a more regular part of my life and every night I’ve gone to sleep excited about the next class! The classes are the perfect length for fitting in every day, and are easy to follow, varied and fun.     I am so glad I bought PBYP! Every detail was planned to perfection, but there is room for personalization and adjustment, if needed. The classes are creative and challenging but easy to follow. I like to change things up now and then, and Erin does that. There is no pressure and full support from both Erin and the Bad Yogi community, where the outpouring of positivity is amazing, and everyone has different levels of experience with varied personal goals. The food part is not a diet; it’s a guide that will help with lifestyle changes. Everything about the program is well though-out, and most importantly, sustainable. I’ve tried a lot of programs, but this is definitely the best!

    I love this program!! I can already tell a difference in my energy & how I carry myself. I fully intend to repeat when we are finished. I’m hoping Erin will do more! My life is a bit chaotic, very stressful and on a day I have already made a million different decisions I love that I can just go to my mat and know that I don’t have to waste time deciding what class to do or what to work on, although you can if you want. Erin has done a wonderful job figuring this out for us! I’ve not stopped talking about this to my friends and family. The classes are challenging but have room for modifications, and there’s always a nice meditation/relaxation piece at the end of the class.     Although I am not too far in the program yet, I can already say I am loving it. This is the first time I am entering in a full yoga program beyond short 15 min sessions (for short challenges ranging from a week to a month)..and I am not the least bit discouraged or worried that I won’t finish! Erin does a fantastic job of letting you choose your own pace and modifications – so that you can tone it down if you are a beginner, or make it more difficult if you are advanced. She has such a warm demeanor that I am always looking forward to the next class. The program is a great variety of poses to make me feel strong and gain strength, along with some aimed to increase flexibility, and restorative to offset the hard work. 😉 I love that at the end of each class thus far, there is a short meditation to calm the mind and body (one of my favorite rewards for the harder days). I am very happy that I purchased the Perfect Body Program – and am even more happy that there is a community of people to reach out to who are doing the program at the same time. A supportive community is one of the most motivating parts! You can see the hard work that has gone into this, which makes me work harder to reach my personal goals! 🙂

    Erin Motz inspired me for the first time in my life to break down my misconceptions of yoga (really, the umbrella of exercise) and to start over from the inside-out: with self-acceptance and self-love. I’ve learned you won’t get anywhere with your fitness goals without a foundation of self-acceptance first and foremost, which has truly been the greatest gift. Besides my new self-confidence, I’ve learned to listen to my body and to “Find what feels good”, a phrase Erin uses a lot in her practice which is refreshing and freeing. I’m finding muscles ALL OVER my body I didn’t even know existed through these challenging work-outs. In moments of meditation towards the end of a class, I find balance and freedom in all that I am. This program is truly one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever given myself. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to begin their yoga practice, challenge themselves to find strength and health-by THEIR OWN standards, and to a seasoned yogi who is seeking structure in their practice and an awesome work-out!     I am truly emotional as I write this. This this program is SO unbelievably balanced. It is a work out for the body, mind and soul. I would not have said this 2 days ago, when I had only just begun the physical or yoga aspect of this program. But I have just completed the 2 rest days which included a guided meditation, and I must say, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Erin and Adrien for creating this program. I found myself thinking: “This program is so WHOLE and BALANCED”” But Im not surprised as it has come from Yogis 🙂 This program is not for everyone – you need to have stable wifi, you need to be somewhat disciplined, and you have to WANT to do it. You need to have Facebook (Well I highly recommend it because the Facebook group is teeming with support and encouragement from people just like you. I am 23 years old, I started doing yoga when I was 16, always a home practice (going to classes here and there, I’ve probably been to less than 20 classes). I have always used a computer or an app for yoga, but never have I come across a HUMAN online home yoga teacher. The discovery of Erin Motz has actually changed my life. Yoga and meditation have always been SO important to me, and the 2 out of 3 things in my live (the third is love) that have made me a better person and brought more peace into my life. Doing this program is the first time that I have truly felt RESULTS from my practice. I really feel like doing this 8 week program back to back for the rest of my life. Maybe I am still excited about just how good the first week was, but I have to write what I feel. I wasn’t going to write a review until I felt something.. so now is the time!
    i should also mention the food guide. As a vegetarian who has always been interested in plain foods, no fancy sauces or dressings etc etc, and who is also on a budget, I have always had a hard time time eating healthy when I use RECIPES. I cook for one, and when I follow recipes I always end up spending a small fortune at the grocery store, getting overwhelmed by the cooking techniques sometimes involved, and having so much leftovers that I am eating it for days. This food guide has not added much in terms of guidelines for me, its stuff that I already know – but what I love about it, and what I am benefitting from, is the fact that it has been TRIED And TESTED. So for example, I could make goals for myself that I want to cut sugar, and drink more water, and chew my food slower. and in the past I have set these goals, but I have not really had any clue how to plan these goals, e.g. do i start them at the same time? How long should I do it for? Should I just cut out sugar completely? or is it better to gradually ween off? etc etc.
    This program has done all that hard work for me – the EXPERTISE in planning and structuring, And all I have to bring along is my discipline (which I do have!!!)
    I think I have written enough, but the bottom line is this:
    If you feel stiff and inflexible, in your mind and your body, and you want to feel limber, and peaceful, and CONFIDENT, are ready to put in some hard work to get there, but you also want to feel 1000% supported the whole way through… AT LEAST TRY this program!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have long waited for this program…a program that brings back my love of yoga, helps me to look inside myself to see the good, and encourages me to treat the body as I have as the perfect body for me in this stage of my life. So far I have completed one week and I am eager to keep going, which is 100% different from any other program I have tried. I WANT TO KEEP GOING! I look forward to each class, I love practicing the meditations over and over again, and I love challenging myself. Erin Motz is a great teacher and many of the courses all you need is her voice to guide you through. Her peaceful and calming voice brings quiet to mind and helps me to dig deeper physically and mentally. Everyone can do this program and it is great for all levels of yogis. So stop reading all these reviews and order the program for yourself….you won’t regret it!!

    I am on the 7th week of this 8 week program. I have not lost any weight or inches, I don’t see remarkable progress in forward folds or other stretches BUT I feel good. This is a 5 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day program for 8 weeks and I love it. It’s exactly the yoga program I need. Erin is easy to understand and personable. Highly recommend the PBYP!

    Great program, I’m on week 7 and moving to week 8 now. Exercieses are nicely balanced and you can modify moves to match your levels. The program is accessible for beginners and works for people with experience. I think the lenght is one of best parts of the program. Like said somewhere in the program 8 weeks is a good time to get you into the flow so to say. You want to keep the level up that you’ve reached during the 8 weeks. Erin is inspiring teacher and keeps you motivated throughout the program. The community is also very supportive. I can recommend this program to anyone!

    I don’t write reviews (like, ever) but this programme… Erin, the BadYogi team, they really made something special. I came into this three months postpartum, so basically in the negative as far as physical fitness goes, with no kind of self-care me time going on. My goal was primarily to tackle the joint pain pregnancy left me with and have 40 consecutive minutes a day sans baby — if I lost some weight, all the better. And while PBYP gave me all those things, there were a lot of really positive unexpected side effects too; like the AMAZING Facebook group full of love and support and cute yogi dog photos; a serious betterment of my depression and anxiety; several ‘whoa, is that actual muscle definition??’ moments. Straight up, best thing I’ve done for myself in years. Can’t wait to do it again! <3

    I wanted to wait and write my review until the end of the program, just in case. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I have tried a few workout programs over the past few years and none has changed me more than PBYP. The physicality of the program is do-able. As someone who is in decent, not great, shape, I found the flows appropriately challenging. I definitely gained tone throughout my body and gained quite a bit of strength. I’m much more flexible now. I immediately restarted after finishing all 8 weeks and the difference from then to now was noticeable. I can really feel the flexibility in my hips, which is a notoriously tight area for me. Additionally, the online community is awesome. It’s super supportive and full of ideas. The meditations are great and I wish there were more. I can’t say enough. For $129.00 it’s a steal. A yoga studio month-long membership is often more than this and this is at least 2 months, at your pace, forever. It’s an investment in yourself that is money incredibly well spent.

    I loved it from the beginning to the end! The classes are great, no new poses for me but new flows e new exercises that sometimes really challenged me! I love the fact that it is great for beginners AND for more advanced practitioners too! I was a bit worried about the cost, but I decided to trust Erin and I was not disappointed! Money well spent! And the Facebook Group is THE BEST! Filled with amazing people, I really feel free to share anything! Erin, thank you for the millionth time for this!

    This is truly a whole body and mind journey. The community of PBYBers are extremely supportive with nothing but positive and uplifting comments to keep you moving forward 🙂 What I found the most amazing was the strength that my body achieved in two short months. I have been doing yoga for six years, but never achieved the strength I have achieved from this PBYB program. The sequencing of poses are good for everyone, no matter what level you may consider yourself, from beginners to well seasoned practitioners. The diet suggestions are good and solid ideas. The meditations offered will certainly still your mind, if you will let them. The program is taught with gentleness and care and acceptance.

    Just finished Tier 1!! Its been an amazing journey, it has made me so strong not only phisically but the change that I have experience mentally it beyond words!! 🙂 ♥ Everyday I couldnt wait to get out of work and get in the mat! the 2nd week was a bit hard and for a second I thought of giving up for a few days but I kept going and push through!!!     Yoga and this course is most definitely for guys Erin!! My wife and I did the course together each night after the kids were finally to bed 🙂
    I’ve been doing Yoga regularly for about 4 years now. I came from a Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts background where it a very aggressive and competitive environment. I had to hang up the gloves because my body was falling apart (and I was getting too old to compete with the 18-20 year olds haha).
    It took me quite a while to feel comfortable in Yoga class because it was such a DRASTIC change in environment. Honestly, I started going for my wife Teresa so we could spend time together and I was a bit embarrassed admitting I was doing Yoga. I was given a very hard time about from my Kickboxing/ MMA trainer. In fact it became one of the reasons I ended up leaving that gym.
    Once I finally accepted the fact that it was OK to LET GO, my Yoga practice became something completely different. It became something I do for myself and I love it now, especially the calming effect it has on me. Punching and kicking used to be my stress reliever. Now, if I have a rough day at work or in life, Yoga is what gets me back to where I need to be! Yoga has helped my body recover from the damage I’ve done to it during my fighting years. I’m not 100% and probably never will be but I credit my Yoga practice for getting me where I am today. I maybe not be the most flexible and there are a lot of poses I can’t do but I love it and I recommend it to any guy!

    The PBYP and Erin’s approach to yoga are amazing, and such a breath of fresh air. Her instructions are fun and clear, and her routines take new twists (pun intended) on classic postures. I’m 5 weeks in to the program and feel stronger and more confident in my practice. I’d recommend the program to any guy, from the long term practitioner to the new yogi.

    I loved it and want to make sure I keep the momentum going. I didn’t take any before pictures but my body feels stronger and firmer, and I’ve been a regular excerciser since my teens. I also feel more confident and my moods have improved. I’ve been teaching yoga for 9 years and I teach 5-7 classes a week so it’s hard for me to get to someone else’s class. This program really made me remember why I loved yoga in the first place and it’s made me feel my more inspired in my teaching. Also, I started it during a difficult time in my life and it has helped me so much. So glad I made this purchase. Yoga works.

    I was dealing with a running injury and lack of motivation when I heard PBYP was coming out. Having loved other classes with Erin, I was excited to try this. I loved the easy to follow structure of the program, the way Erin teaches feels inclusive and it is easy to follow along with the video to get into each pose. The mini classes for when I am short on time are a great bonus. As someone who struggles with meditating, the meditations were easy to stick with, I use them often! If you want to reignite your passion for yoga and learn to love and respect your body, you must try this program!

    I went from barely being able to reach past my knees to being able to grab my feet in forward folds, put my heels down during down dog, and do a chatarunga with my knees up! Not only that, but I also lost weight, feel incredible, and have gained a significant amount of self love and confidence. I highly recommend this program for anyone regardless of level or experience!

    This is truly a life changing program. It may sound like I’m exaggerating, but at least my life has changed radically because of it. I’ve always loved Erin classes, but the structure and sense of purpose in this one, as well as the weekly mantras and the sense of community in the Facebook group make it the only fitness (and, really, wellness) program I’ve ever stuck with, with no pressure to be perfect, and no giving up if I’m not.

    I recommend this to everyone looking to be stronger, more focused and improving their practice (or even just starting one!).

    Thank you Erin, for developing this program. Not only did it make me like yoga more, it also taught me to accept my body the way it is. Before I started, back in October, I was going through a rough period with low confidence and plenty of negative thoughts about my body, my capabilities,… But then I bought the program and dedicated myself to it and it went a lot better than expected, it was also a lot more than I expected.
    The classes were challenging at times, but the more they came back, the more I loved them and the more I noticed how I had been improving. My feet came closer to the floor with each down dog, I was able to do triangle and every week I was less sore after the classes.
    The meditations were so important to changing my mindset. Each week’s mantra was inspiring and the things you say during the meditations are too real. I even started crying during one of the meditations because you were saying exactly what I needed to hear. I can look in the mirror again and be confident about what I see and how I feel.
    And then finally, there is the Facebook group. Never in my life have I encountered a group of more than 1000 people who are so positive, helpful, uplifting, hilarious,… I am not ashamed to post in the group, I never doubt about what they will think or how they will react because they seem to understand everything. Whether you are on top of the world or feel like crying in a corner, those people will party with you or make sure you feel good again. They answer questions, whether they are yoga-related or not, give actual advice you can use and not once will you read a negative or hateful comment in that group. I have started to love my Facebook news feed again.
    So thank you, Erin. For your program, the classes, your words, your inspiration and the amazing group of people you brought together for the same aim: accepting and loving our bodies, while working to make them healthy at the same time.
    I, for one, will be forever grateful for that!

    DON’T DO IT!!! Unless you are ready to be changed forever. I had literally no yoga experience, and I was coveting this program for months. I finally just said “I’m worth it” and bought PBYB. I love every day now. I can’t wait for lunch to jump on my mat. I have learned so much. I am no where near perfect..oh wait I”M PERFECT EXACTLY AS I AM”! The facebook group is amazing and so supportive. Whenever I get discouraged because I can’t touch my forehead to my knee (lol) everyone jumps on and reminds me to breath and relax. Erin is great and reminding me its my practice and doesn’t have to look like hers. She is super easy to understand and offers options for most of the harder poses. (I’ve lost 16 lbs in 10 weeks thanks to this program) There’s some terrific meal planning and recipe guides offered, as well

    I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin and it has everything to do with PBYP. Everything about this program was designed to make you feel appreciation and love for yourself again. I began this program as soon as it came out, finished both tiers and am in the middle of my second round of tier 1. Between the classes, the food challenges, the Facebook support group, and the meditations, I feel like Erin and her team thought of everything to keep you motivated. I feel so much better, mentally and physically, when I wake up and complete my daily class and meet the food challenge. More importantly, I don’t hate myself when I fall off course.     I have been doing yoga off and on now for about 4 years and a majority of that has been with classes from Erin Motz. As much as I loved yoga, I could never find a consistent practice. PBYP changed that. I thought I would struggle with actually completing the program once the new had worn off just like I had with other fitness programs. But after just a few classes I was completely hooked. I looked forward to every day from beginning to end.

    The results started showing up after about 3 weeks. I could look in the mirror and see a change. I noticed my arms, legs, and core were more toned. I couldn’t believe the strength I gained. The most amazing strength was the confidence I gained. I started feeling so much more confident with my body. Which is saying a lot when you’ve had an 8lb 7oz baby and then a 9 lb 12oz baby in the past few years. I felt amazing!!

    I have told everyone I know…and a few I don’t…about this program. I tell everyone that the most important and useful part of this program is the community that comes with it. The Facebook group is full of people who are on a similar journey as you are and they want to help you along the way. They always have kind words and encouragement to give. Erin Motz can even be found in the group from time to time. She didn’t just design this program and then move on. She’s made sure you have every tool you need for success. I love this program and will continue to revisit these classes over and over again.

    I can not say enough for this program! I have done Tier 1 twice and Tier 2 once. I just can’t get enough! I am seeing definition all over and feel so healthy and strong. The classes are a perfect amount of hard work and stress relief. The best part of this program though is the Facebook group. Everyone is like a big family. It’s the most loving and accepting place there is. This program has not only gotten me into amazing shape but has changed the way I feel about myself. I no longer put myself down.
